Syncron Graduate program is a program directed towards Graduates from University or recent graduates with less than 2 years of work experience. You will be appointed a mentor and an individual competence plan will be developed together with the Graduate Program attendee. This will give the graduate the opportunity to experience different areas to get a better understanding of Syncron and possible career path thereafter.
