Micheldever Tyre Services (MTS) has licensed Syncron’s Supply Chain Planning solution to achieve more efficient management of its supply chain. Syncron will help MTS reduce inventory levels, increase availability and reduce the cost of purchasing. The Syncron solution is also expected to reduce the amount of inter-location trucking between MTS’ distribution network and 50 retail outlets, as well as ensuring that storage costs are contained at current levels.

Micheldever Tyre Services is management-owned and currently growing aggressively through acquisitions.

Syncron was selected after a rigorous evaluation process where 29 software vendors were compared. The Syncron Supply Chain Planning solution will be implemented as a process layer on top of Micheldever Tyre Services’ existing ERP system.
