Challenges

A complex supply chain and multiple ERP systems prevented JCB from managing its inventory in a coordinated and integrated way. As a result, Service Parts Planning was a fragmented process requiring a lot of manual intervention with each Parts Distribution Center being responsible for its own inventory.
