Chief Sales Officer
As Chief Sales Officer at Syncron, Keith A. Charron provides the leadership and strategic direction for the company’s global commercial organization. In this role, Charron will develop and manage new customer relationships, while expanding relationships with Syncron’s fast-growing list of existing customers around the world.
Having spent more than 30 years in sales leadership roles including 15 running global organizations, Charron, a Detroit-metro native, has worked in partnership with customers across multiple industries globally to implement lean engineering processes, reduce costs and waste, simplify supply chains and quantify the value of technology and change.
Prior to joining Syncron, Charron led Worldwide Sales and Operations for Dassault Systèmes’ ENOVIA 3DEXPERIENCE, which provides PLM business and platform solutions for customers in multiple industries worldwide. Charron joined Dassault Systèmes in 2008 and ran DELMIA (Manufacturing & Supply Chain Solutions) Worldwide Sales and Operations until being promoted to his ENOVIA position.
Charron has also previously served as Vice President, Global Sales and Services for EDS and UGS (now Siemens PLM/digital solutions), where he led the sales, services and technical support teams focused on the top enterprise accounts across the strategic industry verticals in the Americas.
Charron received both a Bachelors Degree in Engineering and Masters Degree in Business from Michigan State University. He served on the Board of Directors for MSU Broad Business School EMBA Alumni, and is founder of 100 MEN CLUB, a philanthropic organization helping underserved children and families around southeast Michigan.return to executive profiles
