Bianka Hay-Falk

Chief Human Resources Officer

Bianka Hay-Falk is a people and culture executive with more than two decades of HR leadership across enterprise software, precision technology, and luxury goods. She brings deep expertise in talent strategy, organizational development, and compensation and benefits governance, with a particular focus on building the human capabilities that drive business performance.

Prior to joining Syncron, Bianka served as Chief of Staff, HR & Culture Innovation Hub and Director of People & Culture Group at Hexagon AB, where she built an integrated talent management and succession model linking leadership readiness to workforce planning and launched a global employee engagement platform across the Innovation Hub community. Earlier in her career, she held progressive HR leadership roles at Swarovski in Liechtenstein — including Head of Compensation & Benefits and Board Member of the company's Pension Fund — and served as Global HR Business Partner at Leica Geosystems, supporting vertical industry, global sales, and agile R&D organizations.

A certified business coach and Insights Discovery practitioner, Bianka holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Organizational Development & Leadership from M/O/T School of Management in Klagenfurt and the Chief Human Resources Officer Certificate from the University of Cambridge – Judge Business School. She is fluent in German and English and also speaks Swedish and French.
