Cole Sutter

Cole Sutter is the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Syncron, where he leads the company's Customer Success team. His team serves as a trusted advisor to customers, making sure they see real results from Syncron's software, and owns renewals worldwide. 

Cole brings a deep understanding of Syncron's solutions and the customers who rely on them. He joined the company in 2018 as an implementation consultant and later became a customer success manager, earning Syncron's Global Customer Success Manager of the Year award in 2021. He has since served as Chief Operating Officer of Products and as Chief of Staff to the CEO, and took over Global Customer Success in 2024. Before Syncron, he implemented regulatory management software for large energy companies at PowerPlan. 

Cole holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
