Erik Kjellström

Erik Kjellström is Senior Vice President of Solution Consulting and Center of Excellence at Syncron, where he leads the teams responsible for translating customer needs into solution strategies and helping organizations connect business challenges with the right aftermarket capabilities. He works closely with customers and partners to drive business value through Syncron's solutions. 

Erik brings more than a decade of experience in aftermarket services, supply chain optimization, and solution consulting. Since first joining Syncron in 2013, he has held a variety of consulting, presales, and solution leadership roles, developing deep expertise in helping manufacturers improve service performance and unlock growth opportunities. 

Before returning to Syncron in 2022, Erik held presales leadership positions at Drishti and ServiceMax. He holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lund University and has built his career helping global manufacturers transform service operations into a competitive advantage.
