Jan Klingen

Jan Klingen is Executive Vice President, EMEA at Syncron, where he leads the company's business across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He is focused on driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and helping manufacturers and distributors with transformation of aftermarket services into a strategic growth engine.

He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Fontys University of Applied Sciences. With more than two decades of international leadership experience, Jan has built a reputation for values-driven leadership, business transformation, and developing high-performing teams. Throughout his career, he has led go-to-market strategies, organizational transformations, and commercial operations across multiple industries and regions.

Before joining Syncron, Jan held senior leadership positions at Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence and Daikin Netherlands BV, building on a strong foundation of customer-focused roles at Philips, Van Aarsen, and Strukton Worksphere.
