Mark Dabe is Senior Vice President, North America at Syncron, where he leads regional growth strategy, go-to-market initiatives, and customer engagement across the aftermarket and supply chain software market. He is responsible for driving business expansion, developing strategic partnerships, and helping organizations accelerate digital transformation.

Mark brings more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning SaaS, cloud technology, advanced manufacturing, and enterprise software. Throughout his career, he has held senior sales and executive roles at organizations including Dassault Systèmes, Stratasys, Motorola, and WMS Gaming, where he built and led high-performing teams across North America.

Known for his customer-focused approach and passion for innovation, Mark has a proven track record of helping global manufacturers achieve growth through technology, strategic planning, and operational excellence. He holds an MBA from Lewis University and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Saint Xavier University.
