
Syncron is excited to announce the appointment of Mark Dabe as our new Vice President of Sales, North America. With more than 25 years experience leading enterprise technology sales teams, Mark brings deep industry knowledge, a proven leadership track record, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.
Mark joins Syncron from Dassault Systèmes, where he served as Senior Director of North American Sales, overseeing direct and channel sales to top global accounts and driving over $100 million in revenue across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. His team at Dassault supported customers such as Komatsu, Marmon, and Fortune Brands, achieving significant growth by delivering differentiated value and strengthening strategic partnerships.

In his new role, Mark will be responsible for expanding Syncron’s presence across North America, leading the regional sales team, and accelerating adoption of Syncron’s intelligent Service Lifecycle Management solutions across manufacturing and aftermarket organizations.
