Executive Vice President, Customer Experience
Osama is a customer experience and operations leader with nearly two decades of experience building and scaling high‑performing post‑sales organizations across SaaS, private equity–backed, and global enterprise environments. He brings deep expertise in professional services, support, enablement, and customer success—consistently transforming customer functions into strategic growth engines that drive customer value.
Before joining Syncron, Osama served as Chief Customer Officer at ETQ, a Hexagon company and global leader in SaaS-based Quality Management Software across multiple industries including life sciences, manufacturing, and automotive. Prior to that, he held progressive leadership roles across the organization, including VP of Professional Services and Director of Professional Services. Over his tenure, he led post‑sales delivery functions, managed global teams, and delivered sustained improvements across delivery outcomes, retention, and customer satisfaction.
Osama holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Arizona. In his free time, he enjoys exploring new hiking trails across the Southwest, photography, competing in various sports, and spending time with family and friends.
