Contracts

Contracts module is used to track configurations, prices & costs for historical and currently active contracts. The existing contract portfolio is uploaded during implementation, and actual costs are tracked against those contracts as they develop over time from performed service events. Contract configurations can be viewed in the solution, such as customer information, products sold, and usage terms. The module allows profitability to be tracked down to individual contracts.


Unplanned Cost Predictions

Utilizes advanced statistical methods and machine learning (ML) to predict the costs during a service contract time period. Evaluating the potential risks in relation to profitability and cost driving parameters.


Planned Cost

Planned Cost module allows configuring known future costs from service manuals into maintenance plans. Each maintenance plan is connected to one or more products. The costs from one or more maintenance plans are then used to sum up the planned costs of service for an asset under contract.


List Pricing

Apply sophisticated pricing strategies to calculate the optimal price for service contracts, such as value based pricing and EaaS pricing. Price in relation to risk factors and value drivers to different markets, customer segments or customers.


Insights

Insight module provides access into our BI-tool which delivers huge range of data analysis possibilities. Insights gather information stored in Contract Price and generates reports that join them together. Functionality allows users to run complex data analysis and drill down from high level information into low level details of single contracts. Additionally Insights provides additional functionality to generate graphs out of selected data ranges. Furthermore, the tool allows to save reports or graphs for frequent usage, create dashboards containing information which are most commonly used or share own reports with other users.
