The Syncron Service Excellence awards are one way we honor and celebrate the success of our global customers. In November of last year, I was surrounded by 175+ Syncron customers, partners and industry leaders at our inaugural Innovate2019 Summit. It was there we launched the awards program and I stood shoulder to shoulder, exchanged handshakes and hugs with teams from ABB, Volvo Construction Equipment, Kubota, Nissan and Daimler Trucks North America celebrating their achievements using Syncron solutions and their commitment to further the progress of the industry. It is a fantastic memory (and we hope to be back in 2021)!
Of course, this year is different. Unfortunately, we won’t all be together in Stockholm, but there ARE successes to celebrate and there ARE teams who have achieved great results. That is why, I’m pleased to announce the 2020 Syncron Service Excellence Award nominations are now open. The categories are designed to recognize and honor after-sales service teams and individuals who committed themselves to leadership, innovation and strength during this time and have the forward-looking vision by which our industry will be inspired. They include:

We’ve also rethought how we’ll celebrate with you. This year we’re going virtual and partnering with The Chef & The Dish to bring professional chefs virtually into your kitchen for a fun interactive cooking experience hosted by members of the Syncron Executive Team around the globe.
