Top 5 Insights on Market-Based Pricing for OEMs (LinkedIn Live)

Munich – September 19, 2023 – The next Service Business Forum will take place in Vienna on September 28th and 29th. Under the motto “Service Business Drives Profits,” the focus will be on the challenges and opportunities of transitioning from a product-centric to a customer-oriented service business model. The event is organized by Noventum Service Management, with Syncron and GMS as partners.

The Service Business Forum serves as a platform for decision-makers and executives from manufacturing companies. The event aims to analyze and discuss global business and technology trends, address relevant topics in service transformation, and share best practices in the service sector.

Syncron Workshop on Service Transformation at one of the world’s largest construction equipment manufacturers

On the event’s second day, a Syncron workshop titled “Define the steps to manage risks in developing customer business-related services” is planned. Participants will gain insights from case studies and findings based on a leading international construction equipment manufacturer. This manufacturer, in collaboration with Syncron, has developed service-oriented business models. Representatives from Syncron will discuss challenges, learnings, and successes during the collaboration.

Following the workshop, Sarang Sambare, Senior Director at Syncron, will present necessary steps and strategic best practices for transitioning to an outcome-based business model. Lastly, strategies for the successful implementation of customer-business-related services and associated risk management will be discussed.

Inspiration for Transformation

“The service economy is a dynamic megatrend. Therefore, it’s especially important for manufacturing companies to stay updated and strategically position themselves in light of new market demands. The Service Business Forum is an ideal starting point for this.

Syncron has been supporting companies in developing service-centric business models for a long time. During our workshop, we will provide insights into our client’s success stories and offer practical inspiration for their transformation to those in attendance. I look forward to an inspiring exchange with numerous professionals and industry representatives,” explained Sambare.
