Senior VP Customer Excellence
Heiner Habeck joined Syncron in 2021 and leads all customer-facing service delivery operations at Syncron globally. Heiner’s vision of excellent customer services consists of subject matter experts championing industry best practices, technical architects implementing and monitoring stable and robust integrations, and project managers actively leading project teams and stakeholders towards completing projects in time, budget, and scope. Before joining Syncron, Heiner grew his career at German ERP provider proALPHA, where he served as a consultant and senior project manager before taking on various leadership positions in the professional services organization. In his last role, he was globally responsible for the company’s international business development.
Heiner holds an engineering degree in Industrial Engineering and Economics from the Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg.
