Syncron and Percall Announce Strategic Partnership to Deliver Innovative After-market Solutions to France and Poland

March 22, 2021 – Syncron, the largest privately-owned global provider of cloud-based after-market service solutions, announced today that it has partnered with The Percall Group to sell its solutions in France and Poland. The partnership will enable manufacturers in both markets to effectively accelerate their businesses, make data-driven decisions, and achieve digital transformation in their after-market service programs.

To support the new partnership, The Percall Group has created a dedicated business unit, called PA2S, through which the Enterprise Solution Partner will provide sales, integration and other advanced services for Syncron’s after-market solutions throughout France and Poland. The partnership marks a step forward in the growth and diversification strategies for both companies.

“This partnership with Percall marks continued growth for Syncron, specifically in the French and Polish market,” said Lionel Agostini, managing director of Syncron France and vice president of sales in EMEA. “We are pleased to have a strong local partner, who is leveraging their expertise in industrial software solutions to make Syncron solutions available to more manufacturers and, in particular, small to medium enterprises.”

“I am delighted with this partnership, which will allow our teams in the field to offer a more complete offer to our customers to support them in the management of the lifecycle of their products – from sketch in the design office to the management of spare parts through production and procurement,” said Frédéric Paradot, CEO of Percall Group.

Syncron empowers the world’s leading manufacturers to maximize product uptime and deliver exceptional after-market service experiences, while driving significant revenue and profit improvements by:

– Enabling new service-based business models with a platform that supports the entire after-sales value chain.

– Optimizing and facilitating parts and inventory management in perfect integration with their current tools. On average, this improves parts availability by 5 to 20%, reduces total stock value by 10 to 30%, and reduces shipping costs by 10 to 40%.

– Maximizing the profitability of their commercial activities linked to the aftermarket by precisely identifying sources of revenue. The solutions employ powerful algorithms and artificial intelligence (machine learning) that consider price and parts segmentation, sales history and other data points to recommend an optimal sales price. On average, this equates to 6 to 10% improvement in observed margins.
