Syncron signs major Retail Inventory Management order with Daimler Trucks North America
Syncron has received a major contract from Daimler Trucks North America LLC (DTNA) for its Retail Inventory Management solution and inventory analyst services. Many software vendors were included in the solution evaluation process. Syncron’s solution will support DTNA dealers with spare parts inventory management; automating replenishment, decreasing inventory costs and improving spare parts availability.
Our solution is replacing an old legacy system at DTNA and will be implemented as a Cloud service to manage spare parts inventory for over 600 DNTA dealers. Syncron, together with DTNA will develop and implement inventory metrics to support the DTNA dealers in becoming more profitable by having the right spare part on the shelf when DTNA customers’ demands it. The initiative will deliver a more streamlined and efficient supply chain operation for DTNA and its dealers.
