Every customer has a Service Manager to facilitate their interaction with Syncron.  Your Service Manager can aid you in the escalation of issues and meeting specific requirements of the services delivered by Customer Support. Your Service Manager will also give you access to updated KPIs regarding the service performance. Service Management includes:

  • Regular status reporting and meetings

  • Actions to improve provided services
